Cancellation Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of booking for Wardrobe Studies and Screen Tests.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.

    • More than 48 hours before: full refund.

    • Less than 48 hours before: 50% of the session fee is non-refundable.

    • No-shows: the full session fee is non-refundable.

  • Each client gets one courtesy reschedule within the 48-hour window for illness or emergencies, no fee.

  • You'll be offered a new date or a full refund, your choice.
